Shimmer

All the shimmer and sparkle! You can find all of Rebecca Noel Design’s shimmery, shiny and sparkly jewelry in this collection.  Everything here has a base layer of epoxy clay, then mica powders are used for the shimmer, and different types of glitter for the sparkle.  Gold and silver gilding flakes are also used throughout.  Everything is topped with glossy clear resin.
